Salary: £30,000 to £36,000 dependent on experience
Location: Hybrid with 2 days per week in our Altrincham office
Dark Horse is a PPC, Paid Social, SEO and Digital PR agency that wants to make a difference to its clients and employees. We offer a great career path working with some of the top professionals in the industry. We are recruiting our next PPC specialist to join the growing PPC team.
The role involves reporting directly to the Head of PPC, assisting the team on their clients while being brought up to speed on our processes and standards. You will quickly grow to be responsible for the success of, and communication with, a small portfolio of your own PPC accounts. You will also play a support and execution role on some bigger clients led by others in the team.
You will:
- Manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Lead the communication with your clients, including emails and scheduled Teams calls
- Create, analyse and optimise campaigns
- Deliver monthly client reports and presentations
- Always be focused on client performance and retention
- Continually test, learn and suggest new ideas to the team and your clients

Skills and experience:
You need to be great at taking a client’s budget and turning it into leads or revenue using PPC. Here are some of the things we’ll look for:
- 2+ years of experience in a PPC role
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Able to work as part of a team to deliver best-in-class campaigns
- Have commercial awareness and understand the accountability of managing client budgets
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Attention to detail
- Educated to degree level in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business, Mathematics, Economics, or similar (not essential)
- Mad Excel skills (not essential)
