What you'll be doing Front of house — the bulk of the role Table service: taking orders, delivering drinks with a little theatre and wit, clearing and resetting Working the till, handling payments Knowing the menu inside out, including allergens, and making great recommendations Keeping front of house clean, stocked and safe throughout the day Turning any guest complaint into a good outcome Performance and experiences Staying in your own witch or wizard character across the shift Hosting potion making, puzzle boxes, detective evenings, and new events as we launch them.
What we're looking for Someone happy to graft — this is a busy hospitality floor, and the magic doesn't clear the tables Someone who lights up in front of people: performance, improv or acting experience is a real advantage Reliable and punctual, because the show can't start without you Calm and warm when the venue is full and everyone wants something at once Comfortable with cash handling and tills Hospitality experience is welcome but not essential — we'll teach you the service side if you bring the personality What you get £12.71 – £14.59 per hour including tronc gratuities.
