Summary
Support post-16 learners with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs through personalised education, mentoring and pastoral support. Working across Oxfordshire, you will deliver 1:1 learning and development sessions in homes and community settings, helping young people build confidence, resilience, independence and positive life skills. This is a term-time role (40 weeks per year) available on a full-time or part-time basis, with travel required within approximately 30 minutes of your home address.
