Salary - £28,000 - £32,000 – (up to £37,309 FTE)

Working pattern - 40 weeks (term time plus 5 days across the year for training & development)

Full & Part Time roles available

Working hours - Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm

We are seeking proactive, learner‑focused professionals who can design and deliver tailored learning experiences that ignite curiosity, build confidence, and restore hope for young people. The young people you would be supporting can access full or part time education through our bespoke programmes that are child centred and designed to meet individual needs. These programmes are often suitable for those who would find attending a large sixth form or college would not suit their needs and offers a variety of delivery styles and locations. You will have the freedom to shape sessions in the way that best suits each individual learner. This is a chance to make a real, lasting impact.

What the role involves:

  • Offering 1:1 or small group lessons – Post 16 Hub based in Nuneaton (occasional delivery may be required in an appropriate community setting or young persons home) (travel expenses & business insurance reimbursed)
  • Creating bespoke, engaging sessions that reflect each young person's needs, strengths and interests
  • Working term‑time only
  • Flexible working options between 9am – 1pm, 1pm – 5pm or all day 9am – 5pm

Who we are looking for:

  • Professionals with at least one year's experience supporting children and young people with SEN and SEMH needs, including Autism, learning disabilities, or behaviour that challenges
  • Individuals from Early Years, Primary, Secondary, or Post‑16 backgrounds, including specialist SEND environments
  • Individuals with experience supporting young people within settings such as youth and community organisations, sports programmes, or arts-based activities
  • Individuals looking for full or part time employment
  • QTS Required for this role
