Responsibilities

  • To be a first point of contact for remedial and technical issues related to all worksurface materials and processes.
  • To support the sales team by using technical expertise to provide resolution for customer complaints which will enable professional delivery of the message in a customer-focused and consistent manner.
  • Key Objectives
  • Carry out inspection visits and minor repair work on customer sites when required.
  • Use technical expertise to investigate problems, test solutions and feed back to customers (via Sales Advisers) in a timely fashion.
  • Support sales advisers in delivering information to customers, utilising conference call facilities if appropriate.
  • Plan remedials as required, including timescales and all costs, in liaison with the appropriate sales adviser and diary planner.
  • Create remedial packs in conjunction with CAD and manufacturing departments.
  • Escalate any conflicts to Vincent Callaghan / David Mann for resolution.
  • Update CSF reports on completion of all work related to the CSF.
  • Arrange closing calls with sales advisers.
  • Carry out monthly analysis of issues to identify recurring problems from which an action plan can be created for issue to T&I contractors.
