About Danesmoor Group
The Danesmoor Group is one of the UK’s leading kitchen and bedroom businesses. We’re a fifth generation, family‑owned company with a long track record, but with a clear focus on what is next. Our ambition is to combine the stability, investment and long term thinking of a heritage business with the pace, mindset and capability of a modern, digital first organisation. With a turnover of c.£70m and a strong reputation for service, innovation, design‑led products and advanced UK manufacturing, we’ve built a solid platform across trade, retail and international agency channels. Today, the focus is firmly on the next stage of growth. Together, this creates a genuinely interesting and complex environment spanning B2B and B2C, trade and retail, design, manufacturing and distribution – all within one group.
The group operates across multiple routes to market and audiences:
- PWS: a market‑leading kitchen and bedroom components distributor, operating at scale across the UK.
- Life Kitchens: a fast‑growing complete kitchen manufacturer with a premium consumer brand, showrooms in Waterloo, Wimbledon and York, alongside established B2B trade and contract channels.
- Danesmoor Agency: exclusive UK representation for leading European OEMs.
The Opportunity
What makes this opportunity particularly compelling is where we are in the journey. We’re actively reshaping the business around digital, data and customer experience, not as an add‑on, but as a core driver of future growth. A dedicated digital transformation programme is already underway, covering ecommerce, platforms, AI adoption, data capability and the way we work day to day. This isn’t about simply maintaining websites or making incremental improvements. It’s about building a stronger digital engine for the business, turning ecommerce into a meaningful commercial growth driver, creating more connected journeys across trade and consumer channels, and continuing to elevate our brands through content, experience and insight, while embedding a digital first mindset across the organisation. Joining Danesmoor Group now means joining at a point of real momentum; a profitable, established business with scale, clear backing from the leadership team, and a genuine commitment to building a modern, digitally enabled organisation. For the right person, this role carries a clear and genuine path to a Head of Digital position as our capability grows.

Foster a culture of experimentation, learning and continuous improvement. Help build the digital capability of the wider business as new platforms and tools are introduced.
Who We’re Looking For
