As a Night Porter at Crerar Hotels, you will manage the night desk and ensure the smooth running of operations between 11pm and 7am.
This full‑time role includes weekend shifts and covers a range of duties listed below.
Responsibilities
- Oversee security during the night shift.
- Set up function rooms for events.
- Store furniture and equipment.
- Follow end‑of‑day procedures and produce audit reports.
- Assist guests with food and beverage needs.
- Maintain high security standards.
- Interact with guests to exceed expectations.
- Assist cleaning, bar, and reception teams or act as duty manager when required.
Qualifications
- Previous night experience in a hotel preferred.
