Urban Pubs, Bars and Restaurants are currently recruiting for a talented and highly skilled General Manager with personality & charisma for our expanding group. With an eclectic mix of properties and new openings to suit your personality and style, this really is an exciting time to join a people-focused and progressive operations-led business.
On the menu, our all-day food offer focuses on seasonality and sharing - from small plates to hearty gastropub classics - while weekends are all about Saturday brunch and stunning Sunday roasts. Behind the bar you'll find the best of London’s craft beer scene, classic cocktails, small-batch gins and artisan wines. Located opposite Balham station, we’re the perfect spot for a few pints, a quick bite, or dinner with friends and family, and our street-side terrace is made for al fresco drinking and dining.
The Role
As GM you will take full ownership of all aspects of running the venue. You will be given autonomy and run the site as if it were your own business. Being business savvy and demonstrating great commercial acumen is a must. Your team will look up to you; it's essential to train, nurture and develop your staff to maintain incredibly high standards and customer satisfaction.
You have impeccable floor, bar and late-night experience knowledge as well as late-night experience. You will be given the opportunity to train, personally develop and progress your career as the company continues to grow.
