Alongside the technical side, we’re also looking to develop strong client-facing skills, so being confident in verbal communication and able to build great relationships is essential. We have both part-time and full-time opportunities available.
You’ll be hands-on operationally in the day-to-day running of campaigns, focusing on what matters most, clicks, conversions, and performance. If you like numbers, spotting patterns, and making things better week by week, you’ll love this role.
Essential: Weekly in-office presence in Swansea is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Support the set-up, launch, and day-to-day management of digital advertising campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance with a focus on clicks, conversions, and cost efficiency
- Make regular optimisations (bids, audiences, creative tweaks) to improve results
- Pull together clear reports with a supported manager that show what’s working (and what’s not)
- Help maintain live dashboards so clients and the team can track performance in real time
- Spot trends and opportunities in data to improve campaign performance
- Work closely with the wider team to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall goals
- Keep platforms organised, accurate, and running smoothly
Qualifications:
- Strong client communication skills, with the ability to clearly and simply explain performance, insights, and actions in a way that builds understanding and confidence
- A strong interest in digital marketing, advertising, or data
- Comfortable working with numbers and spotting patterns in performance
- Good attention to detail and an organised approach to tasks
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Basic understanding of platforms like Google Ads, Meta, or LinkedIn is a bonus (but not essential, we’ll teach you)
