What you'll do * Work closely with financial planners, shaping strategies and preparing tailored financial reports that help deliver exceptional client outcomes * Your research and insights will directly influence long-term financial planning solutions, giving you a real voice in the process * Attend client meetings, offering valuable input on cashflow modelling and product fit, and ensure everything remains compliant across recommendations and reports What you'll need * Experience as a paraplanner in a regulated financial services setting * A strong grasp of financial planning tools and regulatory frameworks * Diploma in Financial Planning (Advanced Diploma is bonus but support is available) About the company This opportunity is with one of the Southwest's most respected financial services firms - focused on genuine client impact, not sales quotas.
