£120,000 - £160,000 + significant bonus + long-term equity potential.

Most advisory firms still expect senior commercial people to create opportunities without meaningful infrastructure behind them. This business already has the relationships, embedded accounting relationships, referral channels, existing transaction and deal flow, lead generation infrastructure, and a substantial wider client ecosystem. The opportunity is not about building everything from scratch, but rather leveraging and commercialising an already-established ecosystem more effectively.

This role is aimed at a senior commercial operator who understands how to:

  • build trusted relationships
  • create opportunities
  • influence stakeholders
  • coordinate introductions
  • help drive strategic advisory growth

The business is specifically looking for someone who operates with genuine commercial credibility rather than traditional sales behaviour. This is likely to suit:

  • established origination specialists
