You would be coming in early enough to help build the proposition, develop the market and become a senior face of Debt Advisory in London and the South.
The focus is structured finance / leveraged finance, including: * acquisition finance * cashflow lending * RCFs * structured / leveraged finance Typical debt raises and refinancings are in the £1m to £20m space.
The strongest fit is someone with a credible network across: * family offices * corporates and owner-managed businesses Technical debt experience matters, but the real key is origination.
This needs someone who can bring relationships, open new conversations and convert opportunities into mandates.
