6 month contract Hybrid - 2/3 days a week in London office. The Curve Group is partnering with a leading UK financial services organisation to recruit a Head of Reward on a 6 month contract! This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Reward leader to take ownership of the organisation's reward, benefits, wellbeing and recognition agenda, working closely with senior leadership, the Executive Committee and Remuneration Committee.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the Group's reward strategy, ensuring reward programmes remain competitive, compliant and aligned to business objectives.
- Overseeing annual reward processes including salary reviews, incentive schemes, benefits and recognition programmes.
- Leading market benchmarking, reward analytics and job architecture activities.
- Supporting executive remuneration processes and preparing papers for the Remuneration Committee and Board.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and statutory reward reporting requirements.
- Managing and developing a specialist Reward team while partnering closely with HR, Finance and senior business stakeholders.
We're keen to speak with candidates who have:
