How to prepare for a job interview at The Curve

Know Your Brands

Before the interview, take some time to research the four established brands you'll be working with. Understand their target audiences, tone of voice, and recent campaigns. This will not only show your enthusiasm but also help you tailor your answers to demonstrate how you can contribute to their marketing efforts.

Showcase Your Creativity

As a Marketing Assistant, creativity is key! Prepare examples of past projects where you've successfully executed social media campaigns or created engaging content. Bring along a portfolio or screenshots if possible, as this will give you a chance to visually demonstrate your skills and ideas.

Be Data-Driven

Since tracking and analysing digital marketing performance is part of the role, be ready to discuss any experience you have with analytics tools. If you’ve worked on campaigns before, mention specific metrics you tracked and how you used that data to improve future efforts. This shows you're not just creative but also analytical!

Ask Insightful Questions

At the end of the interview, don’t forget to ask questions! Inquire about the team’s current projects, the tools they use for email campaigns, or how they measure success in their marketing strategies. This demonstrates your genuine interest in the role and helps you assess if it’s the right fit for you.
