You'll also conduct site surveys, deliver end-user training, and ensure every install is smooth, professional, and well-documented.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years in UC or installation engineering roles
  • Experience with Gamma Horizon and/or 8x8 VoIP
  • Teams Room setups (Yealink hardware preferred)
  • Understanding of contact centre features (IVRs, dashboards, agent tools)
  • Confident with networking basics (VLANs, PoE, QoS)
  • Comfortable working with tools to mount AV/telephony equipment
  • A strong communicator with great problem-solving skills
  • Full UK driving licence required

What you’ll get:

  • NHS healthcare cash plan, pension scheme, life insurance (3x salary)
  • Staff discounts, paid volunteering time, and wellbeing support
  • Clear personal development plan and learning opportunities
