The Role: They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Manager to lead and coordinate services in Aberdeen. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, oversee service delivery, and ensure the highest standards of support for children, young people, and families. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage service delivery to achieve positive outcomes for children and families. Develop and implement strategic plans in response to identified needs and trends.
