Now, more than 20 years on, they have grown to become one of the UKβs largest, independent finance houses. They have continued to deliver leading-edge finance solutions through a unique combination of teamwork and technology.
From this continued success they are now looking to recruit a Senior Procurement Specialist on a 4-month Fixed Term Contract to allow them to continue their exciting growth plans and lead the selection and implementation of a new core business system. This is a critical project aimed at streamlining operations, improving efficiency, and supporting the company's ambitious growth strategy.
The successful candidate will operate in a consultancy capacity, providing expert guidance and support to the programme, and will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring compliance, minimising risk, and securing the best possible value.
Role responsibilities:- Procurement strategy & planning for system selection
- Leading RFI/RFP development and vendor evaluation
- Contract negotiation and compliance with FCA standards
- Acting as procurement lead and key point of contact for internal stakeholders
- Risk management and due diligence
- Supporting project delivery alongside the Programme Manager
- 7β10+ years in strategic procurement, especially around enterprise software selection
- Deep understanding of contract law, procurement best practices, and vendor negotiation
- Experience in financial services (asset finance a strong plus)
- Strong stakeholder engagement, commercial acumen, and project delivery skills
- Ideally MCIPS-qualified
