The Role: We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to contribute to key people initiatives and organisational priorities. This role offers an opportunity to make an immediate impact across a broad range of HR activities while supporting a transforming HR function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a true HR generalist, providing expert support across the full employee lifecycle
- Handle escalated and complex employee relations casework, offering expert guidance and oversight to resolve issues effectively
- Play an integral role in enterprise-level change projects (including outsourced service transitions, restructures, and departmental redesigns), contributing to key workstreams and delivering project outcomes
- Support a transforming HR function by helping to redefine priorities, evolve strategy, and reshape team structures to build capability and drive positive change
- Collaborate closely with senior HR leadership to deliver initiatives, while day-to-day stakeholder ownership remains with the Lead HRBP
Skills & Attributes:
- Significant experience as an HR Business Partner with broad generalist expertise
- Strong capability in managing complex employee relations cases and providing expert guidance
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, able to balance BAU activities with project delivery
- Experience supporting organisational change projects, with knowledge of outsourcing, TUPE, and restructuring processes
- Collaborative approach with excellent coaching and mentoring skills to support HR Advisors and junior team members
- Resilient, adaptable, proactive, solutions-focused, and committed to continuous improvement
- Ability to work effectively within a transforming HR function, contributing to evolving strategies and priorities
- Ideally some exposure to regulated environments or risk and compliance within HR
