I’m currently working with a well-established UK business embarking on a major ERP transformation and looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of NetSuite. This is a high-impact programme within a mid-sized organisation where the ERP will underpin a wider operational transformation across the business.
The Role
You will take ownership of the full ERP implementation, ensuring successful delivery and adoption across the organisation. The role requires someone comfortable operating across both senior leadership and operational teams, helping guide the business through a significant change programme.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementation
- Establishing programme governance, milestones and delivery structure
- Managing stakeholders across the organisation including senior leadership
- Driving change management and user adoption
- Identifying and managing programme risks and dependencies
- Working with internal teams and external partners to deliver the programme successfully
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience delivering ERP implementations within mid-sized organisations
- NetSuite experience strongly preferred
- Strong stakeholder and change management skills
- Experience delivering complex transformation programmes
- A confident communicator able to bring teams on the journey during organisational change
