Our Boutique Advisory client was established in 2011 to provide Corporate Finance services across the Southwest. They have become one of the largest advisory teams in the area and now have presence in Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow and London. They are hiring for more Partners to drive and support this ongoing growth.
As a Corporate Partner you will use your deep technical knowledge to lead the process of closing transactions, as well as developing new business. You will have direct line management responsibility for a team, guiding and nurturing these team members to achieve agreed objectives. You will be targeted on both origination and deal completion, whilst managing relationships with key decision makers across clients, investors and buyers.
You will be part of an experienced and dynamic Corporate Finance team, working on lower-mid market deals (targeting £10m to £60m EV with scope for larger where opportunity allows) advising primarily owner-managed businesses. The role covers delivery of M&A, debt and equity fundraising transactions.
You will be ACA qualified with a strong understanding of, and experience at a senior level in, advising clients on both buy and sell side M&A work, as well as debt and equity fundraising. You will have led or managed numerous projects to a successful conclusion and you will have strong interpersonal skills and technical competence that enables you to deliver M&A and fundraising lead advisory services.
