Working in partnership with this financial services company that specialise in asset finance, we are currently on the lookout for a Business Analyst.
As a Business Analyst reporting to the Product Manager, you will work with stakeholders across all functions to deliver change initiatives in line with the company roadmap. You\’ll be shaping business improvements and driving tangible outcomes, with one eye on continuous improvement, you\’ll thrive on solving problems and delivering results to set the business up for success.
Very back end focused, working closely with a 3rd party on a core system, you will be involved at an exciting time for the organisation, process mapping, writing procedures, understanding and documenting processes, and working with internal stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- Collaborating with business stakeholders and customers to identify and evaluate process improvements.
- Financial Services experience – particularly Asset Finance or Lending.
- Delivery of Software development projects.
- Analyse, design, and improve processes to enable the business to achieve its objectives.
- Facilitate Requirements Discovery sessions with multiple stakeholders.
- Backlog Refinement, shaping requirements for identifiable improvements.
- Working collaboratively with the development and testing teams to ensure requirements are understood and deliverable meets business objectives.
- Be responsible and accountable for the quality of the change being delivered.
- Actively looking for new opportunities to improve across the business.
- Collaborate with third party relationships to ensure solution achieves business goals and objectives.
