Our client are on the lookout for a Bid Manager to join their high-performing Bids Team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working from home and their offices, and it’s packed with opportunity for growth, innovation, and impact.

As their new Bid Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the business, working closely with Sales and senior stakeholders to shape the future of the organisation across a wide range of industries—both regulated and non-regulated. You’ll be more than a writer; you’ll be a strategist, a collaborator, and a key contributor to the success.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead the end-to-end bid process across diverse sectors.
  • Write and manage high-quality, compliant tender responses.
  • Collaborate with Sales as the go-to bids expert, influencing key decisions.
  • Navigate complex tenders including PQQs and ITTs.
  • Use Salesforce and Microsoft Teams to manage bids and documentation.
  • Support seamless handovers to the Contract Implementation Team.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven success managing bids in fast-paced, multi-sector environments.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement regulations and frameworks.
  • Experience with multiple large, complex bids (multi £M).
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and e-procurement platforms.
