ABOUT US
The Current Collective is an award-winning independent experiential agency. We specialise in delivering integrated, experiential-led marketing campaigns that deliver tangible results for our clients. By recently bringing together four heritage agencies in-house, we’ve created an exciting new offering that blends deep sector expertise with modern, agile thinking. With a strong heritage across the technology, retail and charity sectors, we pride ourselves on delivering innovative campaigns that push the boundaries of experiential marketing. Founded in 2018, we’ve built an impressive roster of clients including HP, Google, TK Maxx, Meta and SharkNinja. In these transformative times, we’ve torn up the rulebook to do things differently by standing out, winning attention and driving impact. Experiential remains at the heart of everything we do, enabling us to create bold, integrated solutions for today’s brands.

THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to work within the client services team supporting the delivery of our client’s campaigns. Reporting into an Account Director you’ll be an essential part of the day to day running of client accounts. No two days will be the same; you could be working on a pop-up festival activation, planning an activation to open a new store, partnering with a PR agency to create an attention-grabbing stunt or working with a client on an event to celebrate their internal teams.

  • Build and maintain strong, trusting and honest client relationships in line with the Current Collective’s key disciplines.
  • Manage the development, implementation, and evaluation of experiential activations, including development of success metrics and client communications.
  • Monitor and control budgets associated with project areas.
  • All associated administration including raising job numbers and purchase order numbers, providing these to suppliers upon booking.
  • Proactively explore and engage with opportunities for networking and learning and business development.
  • Keeping up to date with trends and changes to relevant communications and campaign management technology.
  • Effectively manage own time, workload and resources.
  • Manage, develop and mentor the Account Executives.
  • Work in partnership with all team members, including the Design, Production and Creative Teams.

WHO YOU ARE
We’re looking for someone who possesses appropriate qualifications or at least 2 years’ experience at Account Manager level. You’ll have experience developing and executing experiential campaigns, including excellent knowledge of events, exhibitions, guerrilla, and retail brand experiences.

  • Someone with an infectious energy, positivity, and can-do attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and organise a varied workload.
  • Someone with entrepreneurial flair.
  • Someone who is prepared to get stuck in and embrace the challenge.
  • A desire to learn new things.
  • Good experience in project management.
  • A passion for all things marketing.
  • Ability to think creatively and solve problems.

BENEFITS
Below are some of our key benefits (full list can be provided to applicants):

  • Competitive salary.
  • Hybrid Working and flexible hours. Please note: While we are currently fully remote, this role will transition to a hybrid working arrangement, with an average of three days per week based in our London office.
  • Opportunities to learn and develop skills in a fun agency environment.
  • Work with impressive clients and produce world-class work.
  • Early-finish Fridays (extends to early finish on Thursdays AND Fridays in the summer).
  • Side Hustle Funds to support budding entrepreneurs.
  • Birthdays lie-ins.
  • Additional leave to celebrate big moments like getting married or moving house.
  • Company Social Events.
