About Day Services (DMH): Care Services Cumberland offers a diverse range of Day Services for adults with physical and/or learning disabilities. Support is highly personalised to meet each individual's needs and promote independence. Services operate from various sites in Whitehaven, Workington, and Cockermouth, providing day opportunities, tailored care programmes, performing arts, horticultural, swimming, rebound therapy, and outreach support.
About the Role: As a Day Service Support Worker you will provide compassionate physical and emotional care, assist with medication, offer personal care, and encourage individuals to reach their full potential. You will work flexibly, undertaking specialised activities and training, bringing personal skills, interests, and ideas. A particular interest in horticulture, outdoor work, and driving a minibus is desirable.

Qualifications: Essential requirements:
- Enhanced DBS check with Adults Barred List check
