In Extra Care Housing, every person has their own home, whether that’s a flat, bungalow, or part of a retirement community, and your role is to support them to live the life they choose. As a Support Worker, you’ll build real relationships, support residents’ wellbeing, help with personal care or medication when needed, and encourage independence wherever possible. You don’t need experience to get started. What matters most is kindness, reliability, and a genuine desire to make a difference. This role requires a DBS check. The level of check for this role is - Enhanced DBS Check with a Adults Barred List check. Please note this role involves working in regulated activity with Adults. It is an offence for people who are barred from working in regulated activity to apply for roles that require them to work unsupervised with Adults.
