Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality support and care to vulnerable residents, enabling them to maximise their remaining independence, quality of life, choice and control within a safe and respectful environment with varied activities.
- Assist the supervisor in liaising with multidisciplinary professionals.
- Actively and constructively participate in the wider team to promote a positive working environment for residents.
- Support building relationships and integration across the wider community and partners to enhance activities and improve care.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- All candidates must hold an Enhanced DBS Check with an adults Barred List check as required for working with adults in a regulated activity.
- Applicants must not be barred from working in regulated activities with adults.
