We’re looking for a residential Support Worker to join our dedicated team at 23 Hart Street. At 23 Hart Street, we provide residential short breaks for children and young people aged 8–18 who have disabilities, autism or complex needs. Our home is specially designed to create a safe, fun and supportive environment where every child can learn, grow and enjoy new experiences. We believe in making every moment count – whether that’s through engaging activities, community outings or simply being there when it matters most.

You’ll share in their highest highs and support them through the toughest challenges, celebrating every achievement—big or small. Every night you work helps a child feel safe, supported and valued, building their independence, confidence and happiness. Who we are looking for:
- Experience working with children and young people with disabilities, ideally in a residential setting.
- A Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare is desirable, but if you’re passionate and willing to work towards it, we’d love to hear from you.
- Strong understanding of managing behaviours that challenge.
- Exceptional communication skills to build positive relationships with children, young people and their families.
