About this opportunity
We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic, innovative, and supportive leader to join us as the Registered Manager of our Shared Lives team.
Shared Lives is a unique social care service for adults, helping those who need support to live or spend time with trained carers in a home, family-like environment, or community setting. This includes long-term housing, respite support, and day support.
We work with customers, carers, and social workers to develop person-centred support plans that promote independence, health, and wellbeing, ensuring customers are integrated effectively into family life and their community.
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for complying with all relevant legislation and working in partnership with external organizations to develop integrated working with housing, social care, and other stakeholders.
This role will also involve working closely with our Leadership Team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services, sharing responsibility for leadership, promotion, and development of our services, and supporting the development of our team.

We’re seeking an individual who can hit the ground running, bringing exceptional people management, change management, and strategic planning skills.
The Shared Lives Manager will oversee a team supporting carers within their districts; therefore, experience in a regulated service is required.
This role suits a motivated, versatile team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse audiences and committed to excellent customer service.
