The predicted salary is between 67800 - 81000 £ per year.

The purpose of this job is to lead the delivery of Adult Services in a defined service area, support the Assistant Director in setting strategic direction and delivering transformation plans, oversee the successful implementation of the Adult Social Care transformation and Efficiency Programme, ensure high-quality services that meet the assessed needs of adults, deputise for the Assistant Director when required, represent the Council as needed, and take responsibility for the leadership and overall delivery of Adult Services across Cumbria.

This role requires a DBS check. The level of check for this role is - Enhanced DBS Check with an Adult’s Barred List check. Please note this role involves working in regulated activity with adults. It is an offence for people who are barred from working in regulated activity to apply for roles that require them to work unsupervised with adults.
