Who we are looking for…
We are seeking candidates with a passion for contributing positively to the lives of others and a strong commitment to supporting vulnerable adults.
Main tasks:
- Taking minutes in statutory safeguarding meetings as well as meeting set ups and mailbox management
- Supporting the safeguarding team as well as wider adult social care with a range of administrative duties
- Actioning case closures on IAS system
- Filing and record management
Skills Required:
- Strong minute‑taking abilities
- Excellent time management
- Proficiency in ICT
- Strong literacy skills
- A flexible attitude
