About this opportunity:
Local Focus Hub Officer Sitting within the Safe and Strong Communities team you will be working in partnership to deliver solutions to complex cases of Anti‑Social Behaviour, dealing with ASB Case Reviews, Community Issues, Public Space Protection Orders and Unauthorised Encampments. You will sit within a small team but collaborate extensively with partners to achieve desired outcomes.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a highly motivated, focused individual to lead, develop and organise the Local Focus Hub which actively deals with solving complex cases of Anti‑Social behaviour using a multi‑agency approach. Our ideal person would have experience of partnership working, be a good communicator and have excellent interpersonal skills. This is a fast‑paced role and we’re looking for someone with empathy and initiative who can make a real difference to improve negative behaviours faced by communities through proactive and community‑based interventions, education, engagement and enforcement.
