Experienced, person‑centred Occupational Therapists who want to make a real difference across our Adult Social Care teams. You will have a clear understanding of the legislation and local priorities that shape our work, along with the confidence to apply this in a practical, supportive way. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills are essential, as is a commitment to strength‑based, person‑centred practice that helps people live well and stay independent.
