Provide administrative support to enable the efficient and effective operation of a care home for care services that provide care for the elderly.

Responsibilities

  • Data input and maintenance of records on computerised systems ensuring data is protected and handled in line with data protection guidance.
  • Word processing memos, letters and reports.
  • Carrying out general office and telephone duties.
  • Ordering supplies and services and ensuring invoices are processed.

Qualifications

  • At least one year's administrative/clerical experience to include record keeping and filing.
  • Competent use of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong customer focus and desire to deliver a quality service, being supportive and polite to all that visit.
  • Team working skills to support the manager and supervisors.

Salary £25,583 - £25,583

Location & Contract Kendal – Riverside House. Fixed Term – 6 months. County: Westmorland and Furness Council. Contractual hours: 18.5. Basis: Part time.
