As an ICT Technician at Westmorland andFurness Council, you will play a crucial role in providing 1stline ICT Support for all aspects of our ICT Infrastructure andSystems. As part of the operations team, this role will provide1st line technical support services to all ICT end users withinthe Council covering on premise and cloud environments.

In this dynamic role, you will have theopportunity to implement best practices in ICT support, developand maintain strong relationships with various teams, and drivecontinuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.Your technical and customer service skills will be vital inaligning our customer facing, ICT Support with the strategicgoals of Westmorland and Furness Council, ultimately contributingto the effective operation of our community services.
