The Cumbria County Council is seeking a proactive Housing Support Officer to join the Home Improvement Agency in Barrow.
You will help deliver Disabled Facilities Grants and support residents to live independently at home, working as part of a dedicated team.
In this permanent, part-time role (18.5 hours per week), you will triage enquiries, advise customers, and collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Contractors and partners to process grant applications from referral to completion.
