Overview

The Financial Systems team is currently hosted by Cumberland Council but will disaggregate during this financial year so that each Council will have their own Financial Systems team. We are looking to recruit two Financial Systems Development Officers for the newly established Westmorland & Furness Council team. The post holders will work alongside the hosted team, based in Carlisle, until disaggregation takes place on 31 March 2026. This joint approach will allow for knowledge sharing and training for both Councils. You will be joining a friendly, welcoming and supportive Finance team.
