An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Information Advice & Support Officer to support the day-to-day running of the Best Start Family Hubs; engaging with families and visitors to the hubs, record keeping, collating and presenting data, managing mailboxes, room bookings and supporting the delivery of events.
We are looking for enthusiastic, innovative and self-motivated individuals to provide assistance in the day-to-day running of the hub sites.
Who we are looking for…
- Individuals with strong people skills, including negotiation and excellent communication skills, both written, face-to-face and over Teams.
- Someone with knowledge and experience of Microsoft applications, case management systems and financial systems.
- The ability to prioritise and manage work effectively, and be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience of collaborating across teams and partners.
