Cumberland Council is seeking a Senior Manager to join our Children and Family Wellbeing Service, a permanent leadership role for the delivery of the Children’s assessment, support and safeguarding services for children and families.

You’ll provide strategic leadership, drive practice improvement, and lead high-risk, complex work in partnership with CAFCASS, the judiciary, Cumbria Police, health colleagues and education services.
