We are recruiting an Education Information Officer to lead the development of Cumberland’s Education offer, SEND Local Offer and Local Inclusion & SEND Offer (LISO). This is a critical role at the centre of improving transparency, accessibility and trust across the Education and SEND system.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading the development and ongoing improvement of the Education Offer, Local Offer and LISO
  • Ensuring all information is accurate, accessible and compliant with statutory guidance
  • Establishing governance and quality assurance processes for content
  • Coordinating co-production with children, young people, families and partners
  • Monitoring usage data and feedback to continuously improve information
  • Working across education, health, social care and digital teams to ensure consistent messaging
