About this opportunity
The Cumberland Children Advice & Support Service Business Support Team are looking to recruit an experienced administrator. The multi-agency Children Advice & Support Service, currently based in Carlisle, is the central contact point for initial child safety concerns for members of the public and professionals. The team are well supported, but it is important that applicants are aware of the highly sensitive nature of the work.
Business Support deal with members of the public and professionals, either by phone or email, entering and retrieving accurate information to and from Children’s Services databases as well as supporting other multi-agency tasks. Therefore, the preferred candidate will require excellent communication and ICT skills and the confidence to deal with a wide variety of referrals.
