As Chef de Partie, you'll be a key player in the brigade, responsible for executing your section with consistency, confidence and pride. You'll work closely with the Sous and Head Chef, contributing to a disciplined, high-performing kitchen where standards are uncompromising and teamwork is everything. This is a role for a chef who thrives in a fast-paced, premium environment and includes:
- Running a section during service, ensuring precision, consistency and quality
- Preparing and presenting dishes to brand and recipe standards
- Supporting junior chefs and contributing to their development
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards
- Managing prep, stock levels and minimising waste within your section
- Communicating clearly with the kitchen and front-of-house teams during service
- Supporting menu execution, seasonal changes and service excellence
