We are currently looking to recruit a clerk to the governors to join our friendly governing body. Our governors come from a range of different backgrounds, skills and experience but all share a common interest in wanting the best possible education for the children in our school and Pre‑School.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Good IT skills and experience of using Microsoft 365
  • The ability to produce concise, accurate minutes
  • Good time‑management skills to ensure timely circulation of information

Responsibilities

  • Be well organised, flexible and reliable
  • Provide high‑quality administrative support
  • Attend all governing body meetings, which take place during Tuesday evenings (5–7.30 pm) – approximately five meetings a year
