As the Maintenance Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our hotel’s operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be the key point of contact for the maintenance team, liaising effectively to flag urgent remedial works for prompt action. Your responsibilities will include coordinating work tasks and priority levels, providing updates to various departments, and ensuring that all communication channels remain open and transparent.
You will be responsible for answering phones and addressing both internal and external queries with a relatable and friendly approach. Maintaining an accurate inventory of maintenance supplies, requisitioning parts as needed, and recording information for unfinished tasks are crucial aspects of your role. You will also raise purchase orders, liaise with contractors and suppliers, process invoices, and keep all information organized.
