What you’ll be doing

At Clermont Hotel Group, our people make the difference. From first impressions to lasting memories, our Rooms teams play a vital role in delivering extraordinary hospitality - and we’re now looking for a Director of Rooms to lead this experience across one of our iconic hotels. This is a standout opportunity for a bold, adaptable leader who believes great hospitality is real, inclusive and delivered by empowered people. As Director of Rooms, you’ll take ownership of the full Rooms operation, bringing together Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Guest Services to deliver exceptional guest experiences, every day. You’ll lead with confidence, inspire high performance, and create an environment where people feel supported, developed and proud of what they do. You’ll balance operational excellence with a commercial mindset, ensuring standards are met, opportunities are maximised and every guest interaction feels warm, personal and memorable.

  • Leading, motivating and developing Rooms teams to deliver extraordinary hospitality
  • Owning guest experience, quality standards and service delivery across the Rooms division
  • Driving performance against key metrics including guest satisfaction, payroll, productivity and cost control
  • Building a culture of accountability, transparency and continuous improvement
