The predicted salary is between 27528 - 27528 £ per year.

Up to £27,528 + excellent benefits. The successful candidate will work 1:1 with a young girl with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, providing consistent support to help her feel safe, regulated and ready to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Work 1:1 with the student to build a trusting relationship and support emotional regulation.
  • Assist the student in returning to baseline to enable engagement in learning and daily school life.
  • Collaborate with teachers and therapeutic team to support learning objectives.
  • Provide consistent support to help the student feel safe and regulated.
  • Support the student through daily routines, classroom activities and transitions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Calm, compassionate and emotionally resilient.
  • Experience supporting children or young people with SEMH or mental health needs.
  • Experience working in a classroom setting (preferred but training provided).
  • Can-do attitude and team player willingness to work closely with teachers and therapists.
  • Passion for supporting children to learn and a genuine interest in their wellbeing.
