The Cumberland is seeking a Business Support Administrator to join our Adoption Service.

You will coordinate and support Adoption Panels, prepare records and minutes, and ensure timely communication of decisions in line with legal requirements.

You will work closely with Panel Advisers, Managers, and partner agencies, maintaining case management data, monitoring deadlines, and contributing to reporting for senior leaders and Ofsted.
