Cumberland Council is looking for a dedicated Land Charges Assistant to join our Inclusive Growth and Placemaking team.

In this role, you will assist with the day-to-day operations of the Land Charges Service, ensuring timely and accurate responses to search requests, maintaining the Local Land Charges Register, and communicating effectively with solicitors and the public.

If you have strong administrative skills, are proficient with Microsoft Office 365, and can manage your workload under pressure, we would love to hear from you.

A minimum of 3 GCSEs (including Maths and English) or equivalent qualifications/experience is required.
