We are seeking a kind and motivated Supervisor to join our team at our flagship pub, The Culpeper, in the heart of Spitalfields. The Culpeper is a restored East End Victorian pub spanning four floors, with a pub on the ground floor, a French bistro on the first floor, five bedrooms on the second floor, and a roof garden and wood-fired grill on the top floor.
About the Role: This is a hands‑on, floor-based role where you will support the Restaurant Manager and the wider leadership team in delivering consistently great service across our pub floor, first‑floor restaurant, and rooftop terrace. You will lead the team by example and train and support them as needed. You will be a key driver of daily service readiness, guest experience, and training, with a strong focus on standards, pace, and hospitality.
Reports to: Restaurant Manager
Works closely with: General Manager, Bar Manager, Head Chef, senior kitchen team, and Head of Reservations.
Weekly hours: 40‑48 hours over 5 days, including a mix of day, evening and weekend shifts.
Hourly rate: £14 + service charge (approximately £3.25 per hour)
