CT Engineering Group UK Ltd is a part of the CT Engineering Group, a leading engineering service provider in Europe and several additional countries worldwide. With headquarters in Madrid, the group has more than 1700 engineers and works with over 200 blue chip industrial companies in various sectors including aeronautical, automotive, railway, naval, Industrial plants and renewable energy. CT are a Tier One E2S supplier to Airbus and have a pan European presence as part of the CT Engineering Group.
Role Description
This is a full-time Senior Manufacturing Engineer role and the applicant could be based in either Bristol or Broughton. There is the possibility of some home working depending upon the requirements of the customer. With past Aerospace experience, the Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for working on various client projects that require ME support including:
- Work Order Query Notes.
- Manufacturing Specifications.
- Product productionisation.
- Manufacturing relevant drawing sign off.
- Work preparation documentation.
- Jig and tool design
- Development, planning, and implementation of manufacturing processes, as well as optimizing existing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications/Experience
- 2+ experience of working in the Aerospace manufacturing sector.
- Experience in working with, designing, implementing and optimizing manufacturing processes and equipment
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team or on your own.
- HND in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Signing off engineering drawings for manufacture an advantage.
- Must be resident in the UK
- Ability to work in the UK (those with non UK working status need not apply).
