CSR is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Lisburn. The role will involve taking ownership of an established successful desk.
With over 20 years of success across the construction and technical sectors throughout the UK and Ireland, we've built a strong reputation for delivering quality recruitment solutions and developing lasting client relationships.

As a Senior Recruiter, you will
- Take ownership of your own market and recruitment desk.
- Develop new business while managing and growing existing client relationships.
- Build long-term partnerships with clients and candidates.
- Drive revenue through contract and/or permanent recruitment.
- Enjoy the freedom to manage your desk with real autonomy and support.
We're looking for someone who has
- A minimum of 2 years' recruitment experience.
- Experience in either contract or permanent recruitment.
- A proven billing track record.
- A commercial mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ambition, drive, and a genuine desire to progress.
- The confidence to work independently and influence your own success.
